Armada Data Completes IT Services Acquisition

Mississauga, Ontario, July 22, 2010, – Armada Data Corporation (TSX.V: ARD) (the “Corporation”) announces that it has obtained final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and has thus completed the acquisition with Cybernetfinder Corporation (“Cybernet”) to acquire Cybernet’s information technology business.

As previously disclosed in a press release dated May 12, 2010, the assets acquired include computer equipment, hardware and software as well as client and supplier contracts. The purchase price of $200,000 was paid by Armada for the assets as follows: $20,000 cash payable on closing; $90,000 payable in equal monthly installments, without interest, over eighteen (18) months; and $90,000 worth of Armada common shares (290,323 shares at $0.31 per share) issued at closing. The shares issued are subject to all applicable securities and regulatory hold periods.

Mr. Timoteo went on to say “Bringing this wealth of knowledge under the Armada umbrella will allow the company to diversify its product and service offerings and leverage our abilities to offer cost-effective solutions to a greater number of clients.”
